Terms & Conditions at Normanside

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our facilities or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services or visit our premises.

2. Services Offered

Normanside Country Club offers the following services:

• Wedding Venue: Event spaces for weddings and related functions.

• Golf Course: A maintained 18-hole golf course for members and guests.

• Restaurant: Dining services with reservations available.

• Special Events: Private and corporate event hosting, including banquets and celebrations.

Each service may have additional terms outlined in service-specific agreements or contracts.

3. Bookings and Reservations

3.1 Event Bookings

• A signed contract and deposit are required to confirm event reservations.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in the event contract.

• Final payment is due as outlined in your contract, typically 14-30 days before the event date.

• Changes to event details must be communicated in writing and are subject to approval.

3.2 Golf Course Reservations

• Tee times can be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid charges.

3.3 Dining Reservations

• Reservations are recommended, especially during peak hours or for large parties.

• Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the reservation after a grace period of 15 minutes.

4. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made in U.S. dollars using approved methods (credit cards, checks, or cash).

• A 3% convenience fee may apply for credit card transactions.

• Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.

• Outstanding balances may incur interest and collection fees.

5. Code of Conduct

All visitors, members, and guests are expected to adhere to the following:

• Respect all staff, other patrons, and property.

• Follow all posted rules, including dress codes, where applicable.

• Refrain from illegal activities, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior.

• Children under 16 must be supervised at all times.

Normanside reserves the right to remove individuals from the premises or revoke privileges for violations.

6. Membership Policies

6.1 Membership Privileges

• Membership grants access to designated facilities and member-only events.

• Memberships are non-transferable.

• Members are responsible for their guests' behavior.

6.2 Suspension or Termination

• Memberships may be suspended or terminated for violations of policies or non-payment of dues.

• No refunds will be issued for terminated memberships.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• Normanside Country Club is not liable for injuries, damages, or loss of personal property while using our facilities, except as required by law.

• Guests assume all risks associated with activities on our premises.

• Patrons agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims resulting from their actions.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

• Weddings & Events: Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to terms outlined in your event contract.

• Golf & Dining: Cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation may be charged a cancellation fee.

• Force Majeure: Normanside is not responsible for cancellations or service interruptions due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters or government actions.

9. Website Use

9.1 Intellectual Property

• All website content, including text, images, and logos, is owned by Normanside or used under license.

• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of content is prohibited.

9.2 Prohibited Actions

• Users may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas of the website.

• Users may not post or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Normanside values your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

11. Third-Party Services

We may partner with third-party providers for services like payment processing or event coordination. Normanside is not responsible for the policies or practices of these providers.

12. Dispute Resolution

• Parties agree to resolve disputes through mediation before pursuing litigation.
