Join us for a 4 course dinner paired with wines or cocktails while each course is demonstrated in front of you by Executive Chef Ken Ruud.  Each guest will receive a goodie bag with food related gifts and booklet of recipes of the evening’s menu!

CRAWFISH “CHEESECAKE”
parmesan crust, crawfish tails, onions, peppers, cream cheese, remoulade

MUFFULETTA FLATBREAD
grilled flatbread, salami, ham, olive salad, provolone, mozzarella

PORK OSSO BUCCO
shrimp, etouffee, white rice

CHOCOLATE DOBERGE TORTE
thin layers of vanilla cake, chocolate pudding
