Join us for a 4 course dinner paired with wines or cocktails while each course is demonstrated in front of you by Executive Chef Ken Ruud.  Each guest will receive a goodie bag with food related gifts and booklet of recipes of the evening’s menu!

DUCK CONFIT SALAD
baby field greens, green onions, butternut squash, duck confit, cherry vinaigrette

PAN SEARED SALMON
sunchoke puree, crispy pancetta, roasted apple broth

PAN ROASTED CHICKEN
goat cheese wonton, spinach, artichoke hearts, wild mushrooms

BROWN BUTTER PANNA COTTA
toasted hazelnuts, cardamom cream
